Self-care Bingo

Last week I wrote about my daily self-care tracker - something I have been using in one form or another since I was a teenager.

These days it has evolved into something a bit more substantial, but it still doesn’t capture all the things I want to try and squeeze into a month, but don’t have the time or desire to do every day.

Recently, I’ve created a new tracker of sorts to solve this issue. Think of it as a kind of monthly self-care bingo.

There’s no prize. It doesn’t matter if I forget all about it and cross nothing off. But if I need some self-care/fun inspo on a random Sunday afternoon, I can look to my self-care bingo card and find something to do.

This is where I put all my stuff that:

·      I can’t afford to do every week.

·      I don’t have time to do every week.

·      I don’t want to do every week.

·      Wouldn’t be as fun if I did it all the time.

This one stays on my fridge too, and I just cross things off if I actually get to do them.

If you’d like to give it a try, you can download my self-care bingo cards here. I’ve included a blank version too so you can fill it in with whatever you like!
